I understand that saving paper is important to do, but I really would prefer to write evaluations without my name attached to it. Blogs aren’t really my thing. I don’t like having my personal thoughts and feelings just out there for anyone to read. I do have a classroom website where I keep parents up-to-date to what is going on in the classroom that they can subscribe to but public forums where thoughts are shared for anyone to see make me feel a bit uncomfortable.
What did you learn today? Alot about temperature and data gathering.
What questions do you still have with reguard to content, technology, and pedogogy? content – not sure how I could adapt this to fit the needs of 8th graders in my school. It was interesting but I would rather have worked more on best teaching practices, maybe like grade levels gathering together. technology – the programs look neat. pedagogy – did we do this?
How can you apply this to your classroom practice? Honestly I won’t. Having the probes would be cool if I could pry the calculators from our math teachers…. but then again if you have calculators, you might not have (pretty sure we don’t) probes. It all boils down to $$$$$!
